ODBC Error when starting NetePay

This issue is link the the datacap SQL Server service
Sometimes the Microsoft SQL Server does not start even if it is configured to be automatic

To fix this, you only need to open the task manager, click on Services then click on Open Services management

Locate the SQL Server datacap instance and double click. In the new screen click on the Start button

NetePay should be again to connect when it is relaunched
